🔹 Product Purchase
All our products are purchased directly from authorized companies and verified vendors,Â
🔹 Product Delivery
Delivery is completed via WhatsApp or telegram within 30 minutes to 4 hours of placing the order, during our official working hours.
If an order is placed outside working hours, it will be delivered during the next working period.
🔹 Product Return
- All our products are digital, therefore returns are not accepted.
- However, under special consideration, an exchange with another product may be allowed.
🔹 Refund Policy
In case of order cancellation, the paid amount is non-refundable.
However, if it falls under Condition (1.1), the amount can be adjusted with another product.
🔹 After-Sales Service
1. Digital Warranty Policy
1.1 Each digital product comes with a specific warranty period clearly mentioned.
1.2 If the product faces any issue during the warranty period, it will be verified by our support team.
1.3 If the problem is confirmed within warranty coverage, we will replace the product.
1.4 Warranty will not apply if activation fails due to the customer’s device issue.
1.5 We do not provide technical support over phone calls.
All support is provided via WhatsApp chat during working hours only.
Calls on WhatsApp or social media will not be answered except through our official support number.
