ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order Confirmation and Cancellation:

Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be canceled under normal circumstances. However, if the cancellation request is made before the successful delivery of the order and is communicated to our support team, the cancellation will be applicable.

2. Refund Policy for Cancellations:

• In the case of an order cancellation, the price paid for the order is non-refundable  unless it falls under specific conditions outlined below.
• If applicable, the paid amount may be exchanged for another product, based on the terms and conditions of our exchange policy.

3. Cancellation by hisaazdine

cancels an order, the customer will receive a refund within 1 to 24 hours 

4. Stock Issues and Order Cancellation:

reserves the right to cancel any order if there are issues with product stock availability. In such cases, affected customers will be notified and refunded as per the policies outlined above.
