After a successful order and product delivery, no refund will be applicable.
Ordered products can be changed only before order confirmation.
No product is eligible for return or exchange.
If hisaazdine fails to deliver the ordered product, the customer will receive a full refund.
Refund processing time is 1 to 24 hours for bKash Online Payments.
For payment gateway transactions, refunds follow gateway policy and may take 3–7 business days.
Any bank or gateway fees related to refunds must be borne by the customer.
🚫 Refund Not Applicable For
After successful delivery (once license key or access information has been sent).
If the customer mistakenly orders the wrong product.
If the product’s system requirements or version are not compatible with the customer’s device.
Refund is not accepted for personal reasons such as “change of mind,” “no longer needed,” or “don’t like it.”
